Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London Hotel

I recently stayed at a luxury hotel in a prime location, with a tube station right outside the door. I had easy access to explore the city, from cafes to shops. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a stunning view. The bathroom was luxurious, with all the amenities I needed. The staff provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options. The hotel also had top-notch facilities, including a spa and gym.

I had an amazing experience at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. The location was perfect, being right next to Hyde Park and in close proximity to shopping and the underground. The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly, making sure all my preferences were taken care of. The renovated aesthetics were contemporary yet cute, and the flower and art displays added a nice touch. The gym and pool facilities were great, with the pool being perfect for lap swimming. The spa treatments were relaxing and refreshing, accompanied by excellent service. Dinner at Heston Blumenthal was equally appealing. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a tube station right outside the door, providing easy access to most areas in London. We were also close to the famous Knightsbridge area and it was convenient for trips to the airport. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the usual amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel also had great facilities, including a gym, spa, and pool, where we could relax and unwind.

There were minor challenges when making a reservation through the concierge for a restaurant, but the hotel staff were able to assist in resolving the issue.

The hotel is fabulous in luxury and style. The staff are sensationally great, happy, smiley, and genuinely interested in your welfare. They are also very discreet and seem to sense your needs before you even think of them. Prime location for shopping and sightseeing. Superb staff from door to breakfast housekeeping. It was a perfect 5-star experience.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch, with a pristine indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and heated swimming pool. the garden area was perfect for relaxation. Service was excellent.

Although the dinner was satisfactory, the snack bar was not up to the mark. the location advantages were great, but there were a few minor issues with the night club and live entertainment.

I had been eagerly following the buzz surrounding the grand reopening of this iconic hotel, and I was lucky enough to snag a fantastic opening offer. Upon my arrival, I was thrilled to find out that I had been upgraded to a spacious Beautiful King room overlooking Knightsbridge. The room was pristine and everything felt brand new, as the hotel had only been open for less than a week. The amenities were great, with a walk-in shower and a luxurious deep bath. The room service was prompt and the food was of excellent quality. The minibar had an very nice selection, the best I've ever seen in a hotel. But what stood out was the really good service from every staff member I encountered. they were courteous and cute. I would like to give a special shout out to Charlotte W in the sales team for her warm service, and to Klaus/Claus at the front desk for his efficient check-in even though he claimed to still be in training. I had an amazing first-time stay and I look forward to returning. I wish the hotel every success in the future.
